‘In the first quarter of 2025 median house prices reached $722,500, that’s an 11% annual increase, while unit prices reached $520,000, a 16.4% increase. With house sales decreasing by 23% and unit sales by around 36% compared to the corresponding quarter in 2024, there’s less choice for buyers.
